JUNIOR NORDIC
Pre K Ski Group
The Pre K ski group was designed by parents whose 3 and 4 yr olds are too young for Junior Nordic. This informal group requires a parent or guardian skiing with their child during the 45 min ski lesson. The parent leading will focus on balance and motor skills through games and activities. Will meet Mondays at 11:30am once a week for 4 consecutive weeks starting Feb 5th and ending Feb 26.
Skis are available for rent through KNSC. Do not bring ski poles for your pre schooler. It’s important they learn the basics and balance without them.
Who: 3 and 4 year olds only, with accompanying parent/guardian.
Location: Baycrest DOT trailhead
Time: 11:30 am Mondays (45 min total)
Dates: Feb 5, Feb 12, Feb 19, Feb 26
Price: $15 per kid. Must be a member of KNSC to participate.
Limited to 18 kids max
Junior Nordic is a non-competitive, learn-to-ski program for youth, Kindergarten through 6th grade. We emphasize FUN on skis while working on balance, agility and the fundamentals of technique. Participants must be KNSC members and at least 5 years old.

DO NOT COME if you are feeling sick at all.
3 LOCATIONS (Please Register your children for ONLY 1 LOCATION)
- Baycrest/DOT parking lot, limited to 50 registrants.
- McNeil School, limited to 65 registrants.
- Lookout, limited to 80 registrants.
When you register, please pick only one location and go to that location for each practice on all 5 Saturdays

Ski KIds Equipment Rental (S.K.I.E.R.)
because we now have gear for ages 3 - middle school!
(NOTE: you must be a member of KNSC & ‘logged in’ to sign up for the Junior Nordic program)
